CEO/Founder
Oliver Landreth is a global change management and operations expert with a deep passion for aviation. With over a decade of experience leading large-scale transformations, Oliver specialises in aligning people, culture, and operational strategies to drive business success. His aviation background includes leading behavioral change and communications for Flybe and Cobham Aviation, and supporting Malaysia Airlines during a critical restructuring. As the co-founder and owner of an aviation software startup and a seasoned consultant, Oliver combines strategic insight with hands-on experience to help organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable results. Fluent in six languages, he brings a unique ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps, delivering impactful solutions for clients worldwide.

Skilled Business Development, Sales and Negotiation leader in the Airline IT and Travel Distribution industry.
